No other motor could deliver the unmatched power of the Theragun while running quietly, so we built our own motor. PRO's commercial brushless motor with QuietForce technology provides up to 27 kg. pressure . All this at a noise comparable to a standard electric toothbrush.

Prime prioritizes our most essential, original features, with smart capabilities that are there when you need them. Prime is proof that sometimes the simpler the better.

Ergonomic shape and multifunctional grip

The patented ergonomic design of the Theragun Triangle handle allows you to hold the device in different ways, actively reducing the strain on the hands, wrists and arms.

LED indicators

The Prime's 5 built-in speeds (1750, 1900, 2100, 2200, 2400 bpm) are displayed with individual LED indicators. The Therabody app also connects to the Prime via Bluetooth to enable guided routines and display the device's current speed and strength.

Speed control

Customize procedures based on your needs. The fast rate provides instant relief, while the lighter speed is ideal for sensitive areas. Whether you're treating sensitive areas or need the full power of the device, the Prime can be controlled in the app via Bluetooth to select any speed between 1750-2400 PPM. It also comes with 5 built-in speeds (1750, 1900, 2100, 2200, 2400 percussions per minute).

What touches your body matters, and hard plastic can hurt it. That's why all our attachments, with the exception of Supersoft, are made of polyurethane foam, which is antibacterial and can be easily wiped to ensure greater hygiene.

Each has a unique shape and level of impact to ensure the right treatment in the right area - the result of years of feedback from Theragun founder Dr. Jason's actual patients.

• Dampener - impact level: 3/10 - mainly used for sensitive or bony areas. Perfect for all round use.
• Standard Ball - Impact Level: 5/10 - Perfect for all round use on large and small muscle groups.
• Thumb - Impact Level: 7/10 - Used primarily for trigger points and the lower back.
• Cone - Level of impact: 10/10 - Used primarily to treat point muscles, including the hands and feet.

MEET THE THERABODY APP

A truly personalized wellness regimen.

Prime is a smart device with Bluetooth® connectivity designed to pair seamlessly with the Therabody app. When you download the app, you'll be guided step-by-step through the necessary settings and shown how to pair your device. Once paired, the app can remotely adjust speed, activate targeted treatment presets, and make real-time recommendations based on your usage.

Confidentiality

The health and activity data collected in the Therabody app stays there, permanently. At Therabody, we understand that your health and activity data is yours and yours alone. We do not collect, sell or share any of your data, ever. In fact, feel free to check this by enabling your phone's airplane mode. You will see that the app continues to work regardless of any signal as all your data is stored locally on your device.

Using Prime

1. To turn on Prime, press and hold the center button on the button panel for 2 seconds.
2. Press the up (^) and down (V) arrow buttons to toggle between 5 preset speeds and adjust the treatment level.
3. Prime must be used with an attachment that makes perpendicular contact with the skin. Only the attachment of the device should come into contact with the skin or the area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle that places the shock arm of the device in contact with the skin.
4. To turn off Prime, press and hold the center button on the button panel.

Connecting the plug-ins

Align the attachment with the tip of the swivel arm and press to connect. To remove, grasp the attachment by placing 1 finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull out the attachment.

Loading Prime

1. After turning off the device, plug the power adapter into the charging port of Theragun Prime.
2. The LED battery indicator located below the 5 LED speed indicator bars will start flashing.
3. Charging is complete when all 3 LED lights on the battery indicator light up.

*Theragun Prime is not wireless charging enabled.
