What touches your body matters, and hard plastic can hurt it. That's why all our attachments, with the exception of Supersoft, are made of polyurethane foam, which is antibacterial and can be easily wiped to ensure greater hygiene.
Each has a unique shape and level of impact to ensure the right treatment in the right area - the result of years of feedback from Theragun founder Dr. Jason's actual patients.
- Dampener - impact level: 3/10 - mainly used for sensitive or bony areas. Perfect for all round use.
- Standard Ball - Impact Level: 5/10 - Perfect for all round use on large and small muscle groups.

A truly personalized wellness regimen.
The Therabody app learns from your activity and behavior in real-time, integrating with Apple Health and Google Fit to recommend personalized wellness routines that can be run on our Bluetooth® devices. Seamlessly integrated with our new updated, fully customizable app, PRO is connected to your life. As our Therabody app continues to interact with and learn from your behaviors and preferences, it will offer personalized treatments to support the things you love to do most.
When you download the app, you'll be taken through a step-by-step setup and shown how to pair your device. Once paired with your device, the app can remotely adjust speed, activate preset guided routines, and make real-time recommendations based on your usage. The PRO's OLED screen assists you with the app by displaying current speed and force to help guide your treatment.
Stored preset procedures in the device
The PRO can store up to three presets locally. Each preset is a unique combination of speed, time, and strength depending on the guided healing procedure from which it originates. This means that each person's device is specific to them and can be tailored to their specific needs.
Confidentiality
The health and activity data collected in the Therabody app stays there, permanently. At Therabody, we understand that your health and activity data is yours and yours alone. We do not collect, sell or share any of your data, ever. In fact, feel free to check this by enabling your phone's airplane mode. You will see that the app continues to work regardless of any signal as all your data is stored locally on your device.

Getting to work
To turn on Theragun Relief, press and hold the button on the device.
1. Move the device over the areas that need treatment, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed. 2. Spend about 15-20 seconds on each treatment area before sliding the device to the next treatment area.
3. Short press the button to switch between the three speeds (low, medium and high) depending on your preference.
Note: The device does not turn off automatically. To turn off your Theragun Relief, press and hold the button until the device turns off.
Connecting plugins
Make sure the device is turned off before connecting or disconnecting plug-ins.
Align the attachment with the tip of your hand and press to connect.
To remove the attachment, hold the triangular handle with one hand and the attachment with the other. Place one finger on either side of the plastic connector and pull the attachment firmly.
Warning: Do not place your finger between the attachment and the end of the arm, as this may result in pinching and injury.
Note: The plunger (metal rod) of the device may become warm after use; this is normal.
