What touches your body matters, and hard plastic can be damaging. That's why all of our attachments, except Supersoft, are made from polyurethane foam, which is antibacterial and easy to wipe clean for added hygiene.

Each has a unique shape and level of impact to ensure the right treatment in the right area - the result of years of feedback from actual patients of Theragun founder Dr. Jason.

A truly personalized wellness regimen.

The Therabody app learns from your activity and behavior in real time, integrating with Apple Health and Google Fit to recommend personalized wellness routines that can be performed on our Bluetooth® enabled devices. Seamlessly integrated with our newly updated, fully customizable app, PRO is connected to your life. As our Therabody app continues to interact with and learn from your behavior and preferences, it will offer personalized routines to support the things you love to do most.

When you download the app, you’ll be guided through a step-by-step setup and shown how to pair your device. Once paired with your device, the app can remotely adjust speed, activate guided presets, and make real-time recommendations based on your usage. The PRO’s OLED screen assists you in working with the app by displaying the current speed and force to help guide your treatment.

Preset procedures saved in the device

The PRO can store up to three presets locally. Each preset is a unique combination of speed, time and force depending on the guided healing procedure it was derived from. This means that each person’s device is specific to them and can be tailored to their specific needs.

Privacy

The health and activity data collected in the Therabody app stays there, forever. At Therabody, we understand that your health and activity data is yours and yours alone. We do not collect, sell, or share any of your data, ever. In fact, feel free to test this by enabling airplane mode on your phone. You will see that the app continues to work regardless of any signal, as all of your data is stored locally on your device.

Download the Therabody app from the App Store or Google Play.

Turning on the device
To turn on your Theragun Sense, press and hold the center button on the device. The LCD screen on the device will light up when the device is on. Select “Quick Start” to begin using the device without a guided treatment, or toggle between the preset guided treatments using the up and down buttons and press the center button to select a treatment. Follow the preset treatment as the device guides you to move between muscle groups. Once you have selected your desired treatment, toggle between the five speed options by pressing the up and down buttons to increase or decrease the treatment speed.

Biometric sensor
Use the Therabody app to access a catalog of breathing routines that use the biometric sensor to measure and display your heart rate. Routines that connect to the biometric sensor are marked with a heart rate icon.

To use the biometric sensor on your device, hold the device in a “dual grip” position, keeping the tip of your index finger placed on the biometric sensor. Cover the entire sensor with your fingertip.

Connecting plug-ins
Make sure your device is turned off before connecting or removing any attachments. Align the attachment with the tip of your hand and press to connect. To remove the attachment, hold the triangular grip with one hand and the attachment with the other. Place one finger on each side of the plastic connector and pull the attachment firmly. Warning: Do not place your finger between the attachment and the end of the arm as this may cause pinching or injury.

Press and hold the same button firmly to turn off the device.
