If the Tommee Tippee No-Knock Super Cup does not sit as firmly as it should, there is probably dust or dirt stuck to the base inside. To reactivate Clevergrip™ technology, clean the base of the cup. This is done by placing your palm on the base and turning counter-clockwise to unscrew. Rinse thoroughly under running water, making sure the water hits the center of the Clevergrip™ base. Carefully lift the edge of the silicone and allow the water to flow through the base. Shake off the water and wipe the droplets from the silicone base. Make sure the Clevergrip™ base is perfectly dry before use. Test the Clevergrip™ base by screwing it into the base of the cup, placing it on a smooth, flat, hard surface and tapping it.
