Cold therapy.

With a single 18-minute cold therapy session you can help relieve pain in joints, muscles, and soft tissue and reduce inflammation, swelling, and muscle spasms. Plus, you can choose the most comfortable temperature for you: 8°C, 12°C, or 16°C.

Heat therapy.

During a single 24-minute heat therapy session you can overcome muscle and joint pain, stiffness, and poor circulation. Select the temperature that suits you best: 35°C, 39°C, or 43°C.

Contrast therapy.

During a 20-minute session contrast therapy purposefully combines cold and heat to maximize recovery and reduce post-workout pain. Use the preset temperatures (8°C for cold and 43°C for heat) or customize the temperatures for your comfort level.

How to use?

Getting Started
Secure the device on the intended treatment area and press and hold the cold or hot button to power on and begin treatment. If securing the device to the treatment area makes the cold and hot buttons inaccessible, power on the device and select your treatment first.

Cold therapy
Press and hold the cold therapy (snowflake) button to start cold therapy. The cold button will light up blue when cold treatment begins. Briefly press the cold button at any point during treatment to cycle through temperature options: 1 LED light: 16℃ (61℉) (default), 2 LED lights: 12℃ (54℉), 3 LED lights: 8℃ (46℉). The treatment will run for 18 minutes.

Heat therapy
Press and hold the heat (wave) button to start heat treatment. The heat button will light up orange when heat treatment begins. Briefly press the wave button at any point during treatment to cycle through temperature options: 1 LED light: 35℃ (95℉) (default), 2 LED lights: 39℃ (102℉), 3 LED lights: 43℃ (109℉). The treatment will run for 24 minutes.

Contrast therapy
For contrast mode, press and hold both the cold and hot buttons simultaneously. Both the cold and hot buttons will illuminate when contrast treatment begins. The therapy will run for 20 minutes, alternating five minutes of cold therapy and five minutes of heat therapy, repeated once. Briefly press the cold or hot button at any point during their respective periods to switch temperature options (Cold: 3 LED lights: 8℃ (46℉) (default), 1 LED light: 16℃ (61℉), 2 LED lights: 12℃ (54℉); Hot: 3 LED lights: (109℉) (default), 1 LED light: 35℃ (95℉), 2 LED lights: Treatment times do not reset when changing the treatment temperature. Treatment times reset when switching between hot and cold treatment. The device shuts off after treatment completes. Press and hold the cold or hot button to turn off the device.

RecoveryTherm Cube can be used as a handheld device or securely attached to the treatment area using the Cube strap frame and included straps. Use the device directly on the skin for maximum benefit, or over light clothing if preferred. To use as a handheld device, place it on the intended treatment area with the Therabody logo facing outward. Grasp the device using the recommended flat grip area on either side. Do not cover vent openings or place anything over the device. Use the device by holding it still on the treatment area or gently massaging.
