Paperblanks Garcia Marquez bag, textile, 380 x 380 mm

The Garcia Marquez series pays tribute to one of the most influential writers of the 20th century – Gabriel García Márquez, a Colombian novelist, short story writer, screenwriter and journalist. The design recreates a page from his iconic novel One Hundred Years of Solitude (1967), combined with an artistic interpretation of the Macondo jungle – the magical world that captivated millions of readers. A sketch of the author, created by an artist from Paperblanks’ in-house creative team, is also included, making each product in the series an exquisite literary homage and collector’s inspiration.
