Nowa Szkola Montessori board, removable

Montessori's rich collection of teaching aids includes developmental materials designed to work with children from 2 to 14 years of age.
The products allow children to gain knowledge, competence, skills and experience through their own actions, engaging all the senses. Study materials, including mathematical, botanical and geographical maps, are in classic shapes made from high-quality wood.
Some of them are made with plastic elements.

The set includes a board divided into square fields with blue lines. Along the top edge of the board are printed the numbers 1 to 18. The numbers 1 to 9 are blue and the numbers 10 to 18 are red.

A blue line runs through the center of the board, just after the number 9, dividing it into 2 parts.

This set also contains a lidless box that houses 2 smaller tile sets in red and blue. They symbolize the numbers 1 to 9. The red tiles are divided into units by vertical lines. The tiles on the right are numbered. The shortest is 1 and the longest is 10.

The other box contains gray tiles to create a menuend. The shortest gray tile symbolizes the number 1, and the longest - the number 17.

The board allows students to develop and refine their ability to subtract numbers from 1 to 18.
