Description

The Botley robot is suitable for children over the age of 5, helping them to learn the basics of programming step by step. Encouraging early programming skills develops critical thinking and problem solving in young students.
  • Kids can easily program and control Botley, allowing it to perform a variety of actions:

    - Moving forward (step by step);

    - Turn left;

    - Turn right;

    - Movement in the opposite direction (step by step);

    - Object detection;

    - Object avoidance;

    - Making a sound;

    - Possibility to repeat all these actions (only one of them or the whole cycle).
  • Children can program up to 80 steps in one sequence.
  • Once the sequence of steps is programmed, press the transmit button and watch the Botley spin!
  • The length of one of his steps is approximately 20 cm.
  • Introduce intelligent logic with object detection.
  • Botley features LED lights at the top that indicate the direction of each step.
  • The toy has a special sensor at the bottom: draw a bright black line and watch Botley follow it.
  • The Botley pack includes everything you need to create obstacle courses for endless hours of fun:

    - Botley Programming Robot;

    - Easy to use remote programmer;

    - A pair of removable arms to attach to the robot;

    - 40 programming cards;

    - 6 boards;

    - A sheet of stickers, thanks to which you can decorate your new companion in the world of children's programming;

    - Various accessories to create obstacles and activities: 8 sticks, 12 cubes, 2 cones, 2 flags, 2 balls and a goal
  • Encourage the children to arrange the programming cards in the order they want before setting up the Botley. This will help them plan and visualize its path.
  • Detachable arms allow Botley to move objects.
  • Botley measures 13 x 7 x 8.5 cm.
  • The robot is powered by 3 AAA batteries (not included in the package).
  • The remote programmer requires 2 AAA batteries (not included in the package).
  • The multilingual user manual includes activity ideas to diversify children's programming and increase the fun.
