Donkey Figurine, Schleich Age: 3+ Size: 12x2x9 cm

The Donkey figurine from the German brand Schleich is made with special attention and care to be "real". The domestic donkey is descended from the African donkey. It copes well with high temperatures and has modest requirements for its food. It is often described as stubborn and stupid when it stops for no apparent reason and refuses to move forward. However, the truth is exactly the opposite. Donkeys cannot run as fast as horses, so it would be pointless for them to embark on a panicked escape in case of danger. Instead, they first assess whether they are really in danger and, if so, what the best escape route would be.

The figurine stimulates children's imagination and creativity.

The German brand Schleich was founded in 1935. The company initially started as a toy manufacturer, later specializing in detailed animal figurines. Each product is developed with special attention and care, especially for children's hands, and is unique because it is completely hand-painted using a special technology. This is ensured by experienced designers who sculpt models of animals, people and fairy-tale creatures from special wax to achieve the perfect shape. For this reason, they are highly valued not only by children and their parents, but also by many young and old collectors around the world. Before they leave the factory and enter children's hands, all products undergo strict quality and safety controls.
