Security and safety with i-Size

Acorn i-Size has passed extensive crash and safety tests as part of the latest R129 / i-Size standard. It is i-Size and ISOFIX when fitted with the Acorn i-Size base (sold separately), providing reduced movement of the basket on the car seat for total peace of mind. The Acorn i-Size car seat ensures safety and security for your little passenger.

The Acorn i-Size car seat can also be installed rear-facing using a standard 3-point seat belt or isofix base.

Impact protection

At the heart of its design is protection! The i-Size standard continues the side impact and rollover tests, all of which use the latest crash test dummies to help create safer car seats. Acorn i-Size has a reinforced construction with a strong protective shell to wrap around your child. To provide additional levels of safety, the Acorn i-Size features a Side Impact Protection System that absorbs the force in the event of a side impact.
